Official Competition Rules and Regulations

1.0 INTRODUCTION

1.1 Definitions. These are the Official Rules that govern how the Agri-Trend© Canola 100TM Agri-PrizeTM Skills Competition operates (the "Competition"). In these Rules, the following words have the following meaning:

(a) "Acre" means 43,560 square feet;

(b) "Bushel" means 50 lbs;

(c) "Competition Area" means the geographic area listed in Section 2.1;

(d) "Co-Sponsor" shall mean John Deere Canada ULC, Glacier FarmMedia;

(e) "Data Platform" means The Agri-Data® Solution;

(f) "Entrant", "You" and "Your" refer to an eligible entrant;

(g) "Fees" is defined in Section 3.3;

(h) "Sponsor", "we", "our" and "us" refer to Agri-Trend Inc., the sponsor of this Competition, whose address is #102, 8026 Edgar Industrial Cres., Red Deer Alberta, Canada T4P 3R3;

(i) "Submission" refers to the data gathered, input or submitted into the Data Platform by Entrants in connection with the Competition, including the contents of any validation and verification package;

(j) "Verified", "Verify", "Verification" and similar terms, when capitalized, means verification in accordance with Section 8.0.

1.2 Introduction. This is a skills-based competition. The object of this Competition is to encourage innovation in the development of agricultural skills and techniques in order to increase yields of canola crops in the Competition Area within Canada. The Competition is designed to inspire farmers to pursue innovative methods to grow a safe, reliable and environmentally sustainable food supply to better feed the world.

You must carefully review these Official Rules before registering including the eligibility requirements, registration fees, methods of entry, content, and technical requirements. The Competition is governed by these Official Rules. By entering the Competition, you agree to abide by these Official Rules. These Official Rules form a binding legal agreement between you and Sponsor with respect to the Competition. If there are any inconsistencies between the clauses in these Official Rules, and any advertisement or additional documentation supplied by us or any Co-Sponsor, these Official Rules will govern.

1.3 What is the Competition? The Competition Sponsor will award a prize (described below) to the first eligible Entrant to grow 100 Bushels per Acre on 50 contiguously seeded Acres of canola within the Competition Area within the Competition Period. Full technical requirements and details are described below.

2.0 ELIGIBILITY

2.1 Who is Eligible? The Competition is open only to legal residents of the Provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Ontario (the "Competition Area") who are of the age of majority in their Provinces as of the date of entry, and who qualify under Section 5.0.

2.2 Who is not Eligible? Entrants are not eligible to participate in the Competition if they:

(a) do not qualify under Section 5.0;

(b) are residents of Provinces outside the Competition Area;

(c) are employees of the Sponsor, its Co-Sponsors, or the Verifier, or are members of the oversight committee; or

(d) are a member of the household and/or immediate family of any of the persons identified in Section 2.2(c). For the purpose of the Competition Rules, "immediate family" means husband, wife, spouse, mother, father, brother, sister, son and/or daughter, whether or not they reside in the same household.

2.3 Proof of Eligibility and Identity. The Sponsor shall have the right at any time to require proof of identity and/or eligibility to participate in the Competition. Failure to provide such proof within a reasonable period of time may result in disqualification.

2.4 Accuracy of Personal Information. All personal and other information requested by and supplied to the Sponsor for the purpose of this Competition must be truthful, complete, accurate and in no way misleading. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry or Entrant in its sole discretion, should any entry or Entrant at any stage contain and/or supply untruthful, incomplete, inaccurate or misleading personal details and/or information.

2.5 Where the Competition is Void. This Competition is void outside the Competition Area and wherever else prohibited by law.

2.6 Limitations. You may only register one (1) entry per farming unit (individual farmer or corporate farm owner) and you may not enter more than two (2) 50-Acre fields per entry.

3.0 ENTRY & FEES

3.1 How to Register. To participate in the Competition, you must be an eligible Entrant, and you must: (a) first visit www.AgriPrize.com and register as instructed and pay the Entry Fee listed in the registration process; and (b) register for a MyJohnDeere.com account.

3.2 Important: To be eligible to participate, your entrant account must be registered and the Entry Fee must be paid by the deadlines set forth in Section 4.0. In order to be eligible to win, you must first be Verified as described in Section 8.0. You must complete Verification registration and pay the Verification Fee in order to be Verified. For details on the Verification Fee, see Section 3.3 . For Verification registration, see Section 4.5.

3.3 Fees. In order to participate, Entrants must pay the following fees:

Registration must be completed in each season, by the Verification Registration Deadline for that season. (min 2 weeks prior to harvest).

Entry Fees and Verification Fees are referred to collectively as the "Fees". All Fees are non-refundable once paid in Canadian dollars.

Minimum Amounts .

(a) The minimum amount required, in order to enter and be verified, is $1,100, assuming you enter in one (1) season for one field, are verified, and win during that same season.

(b) In order to participate with one field in all three seasons, you must pay a total of $300 in Entry Fees in order to access the Data Platform and as a condition of participating in the Competition. However, you will not be eligible to win if you merely pay the Entry Fees.

(c) If you participate in the Verification Phase in all three seasons for one field, then in addition to the $300 in Entry Fees, you must pay an additional $3,000 in Verification Fees as a condition of participating in the Verification Phases in all three seasons of the Competition.

(d) Therefore, if the Competition runs for all three seasons and you pay the Entry Fees and Verification Fees for all three seasons for one field, then your total commitment would be $3,300.

3.4 Only One Account Allowed. Entrants may only register one entrant account at www.AgriPrize.com. Entrants must use the same entrant account for registration of each field in each season.

3.5 Invalid Accounts. If you create multiple entrant accounts, we reserve the right to delete or suspend the later entrant accounts and use the first account. Later entrant accounts that you register under the same name will be disqualified. Entrant accounts will be declared invalid if they are registered outside the deadlines set forth in Section 4.0, or are otherwise late, illegible, incomplete, irregular, falsified, altered, or tampered with in any way. Non-conforming entrant accounts are void and will be disqualified.


3.6 Account Holder. Entrant accounts shall be deemed to be submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the entrant account. For the purpose of these Official Rules, "authorized account holder" of an e-mail address means the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. The potential winner may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the successful entry.

3.7 Representations and Warranties of Entrants. Entrants represent and warrant that they have all necessary rights to enter the Competition, input and upload their data, including personal information, digital images, geographic data, crop and yield data, and that uploading such content for the purpose of the Competition does not violate any third-party rights. Sponsor reserves the right to refuse entry or remove content that violates Sponsor's community standards or are the subject of infringement allegations, as determined by Sponsor.

4.0 DEADLINES, START AND END DATES

4.1 Deadlines. Subject to Section 4.2, the Competition consists of up to three (3) seasons, and the following deadlines apply:

4.2 End Date. The Competition will end on the date that an Entrant is declared a winner by the Sponsor under these Official Rules, or on 31 December 2018, whichever occurs first. The "Competition Period" means the date between the Start Date for the 2016 season, and the Competition End Date. The Competition could be over at the end of the first season if a winner is declared in the first year.

4.3 Registration Required for Each Season. Entrants must enter by the Registration Close Date for each season. Entrants may enter for any season, in one or more seasons. For example, you can enter for the 2016 season only, or you can register for the 2018 season only.


4.4 Registration Required for Each Field. Entrants must register each field to be entered into the Competition by the Field Registration Deadline for that season. In order to register a field, you must input the legal description of the field into the Data Platform. A maximum of two (2) fields per season per Entrant is permitted. You must officially register the legal description of your chosen field entry(s) by May 15th.

4.5 Registration for Verification . In order to be eligible to win, you must first be verified as described in Section 8.0. You must register to be verified.

Entrants who wish to participate in the Verification Phase, as described in Section 8.0, must register and the pay the Verification Fee for that season, between the Verification Registration Start Date and the Verification Registration Deadline. This fee is to partially offset the costs of Verification.

Entrants must provide two (2) weeks' advance written notice of the planned harvest date for the fields to be Verified, via the email address provided on the AgriPrize.com site. A supervisor will be assigned to coordinate Verification with the Entrant at that time.

Any eligible Entrant may register for the Verification Phase. However, it is expected that only those Entrants who have a realistic expectation of achieving the Canola 100 target will register for the Verification Phase.

5.0 STANDARDS AND REQUIREMENTS FOR QUALIFICATION.

5.1 Qualification. To qualify, all Entrants must satisfy the standards and requirements described in this Section:

(a) The crop must be canola

(b) The canola crop must be spring-seeded;

(c) The canola crop must be farmed on at least 50 contiguously seeded Acres;

(d) The crop must not be irrigated;

(e) The crop must be grown within the Competition Area within the Competition Period;

(f) The Entrant must use the Data Platform for data entry and capture in respect of the crop; and

(g) The Entrant must complete all mandatory data fields as required within The Agri-Data Solution Platform (consisting of standard field and crop production data). Agri-Data will be the official Data Platform of the Competition and all Entrants will be provided a limited license to use the Data Platform throughout the duration of the competition.

(h) The Entrant must register for a MyJohnDeere.com account (Note, this is registration only and the Entrant is not obliged to use this account. The intent is to provide exposure to this account for the Entrant and allow the Entrant to access some of the tools available at this site for their experimentation and use).

(i) The Entrant agrees that the Sponsor and Co-Sponsors have permission to contact the Entrant regarding programs, promotion, events or information associated with the Competition.

5.2 Requirements for Winning Entrant. The winning Entrant must:

(a) Satisfy all of the qualification requirements under Section 5.1; and

(b) Be the first eligible Entrant:

(i) whose crop is Verified to be 100 Bushels or more per Acre on 50 contiguously seeded acres of canola within the Competition Area within the Competition Period (according to the timestamp maintained by the Verifier), or

(ii) whose crop is Verified to have the highest number of Bushels per Acre on 50 contiguously seeded Acres of canola within the Competition Area within the Competition Period by the Competition End Date.

5.3 Factors. The ability of an Entrant to win the prize depends on the number of entries received, the actual date of the Competition End Date, the skill of the entrants and other factors.

6.0 PRIZE AND PRIZE CONDITIONS

6.1 What is the Prize? The Competition prize awarded to the winning Entrant is a 100-hour equipment package from John Deere® that includes a John Deere® 4WD Tractor, Air Seeder, High Clearance Sprayer, Windrower and Combine. The equipment package:

(a) will name the winning Entrant as the user;

(b) will provide for a 100-hour use for each piece of equipment;

(c) must be used by the end of the growing season that follows the announcement of the winning Entrant;

(d) is not transferable;

(e) is subject to John Deere's or its designated dealer Standard Equipment Rental Agreement including its standard Operator's Manual that is applicable to the Province of the winning Entrant.

6.2 Prize Conditions. The prize must be accepted as awarded. No substitutions are available. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute all or any portion of the prizes with a prize or portion thereof of equal or greater value. The approximate retail value of the prize is $180,000 CAD. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. The winner is responsible for any incidental costs not explicitly included in the prize descriptions and all costs associated with participating in the Competition. Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6.3 Requirements and Release Form. Before being declared a winner, the winner may be required to: (i) supply proof of age consisting of a legible photocopy of either a government issued driver's license or other government issued identification; (ii) supply proof of address consisting of a legible photocopy of either a government issued driver's license or other government issued identification; (iii) verify the authenticity of the winners' email account. The winner will also be required to sign and return within five (5) business days Sponsor's Declaration and Release Form (the "Release Form"), which (among other things): (i) confirms compliance with these Official Rules and acceptance of the prize as awarded without substitution; (ii) releases Sponsor, the Co-Sponsor and any additional sponsors , the verifier, their respective affiliated and related companies, advertising and promotional agencies, the independent contest judging organization and each of their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, dealers, representatives, successors and assigns from any liability in connection with this Competition, the winner's participation therein and/or the awarding and use/misuse of the prize or any portion thereof; and (iii) agrees to the publication, reproduction and/or other use of his/her name, photograph or other likeness, without further notice or compensation, on Sponsor's or Co-Sponsors' website or in any publicity or advertisement carried out by Sponsor or Co-Sponsor or its designee in any manner whatsoever, including print, broadcast or the Internet. Declining the prize, or failing to return the properly executed Release Form within five (5) business days, will cause the prize to be forfeited and a new winner determined in accordance with Section 5.2.

7.0 HOW WILL THE COMPETITION BE JUDGED?

7.1 Judging. Judging of the winning Entrant will be conducted by AgCall Inc., of Calgary Alberta (the "Verifier") (or an alternate Verifier if the Sponsor is required to appoint an alternate for any reason) using the Verification criteria in Section 8.0. The decisions of the judges are final and binding in all matters related to the Competition.

8.0 VERIFICATION PHASE

8.1 Verification. In order to be eligible to win, you must first be Verified as described in this Section 8.0. You must complete Verification registration, pay the Verification Fee and register your field in order to be Verified. For details on the Verification Fee, see Sections 3.3. For Verification registration, see Section 4.5.

8.2 The Verification Protocol. In respect of any Entrant who registers for Verification under Section 4.5, the following procedure will apply.

(a) Oversight Committee - The Sponsor and the Verifier will appoint one or more persons to an oversight committee to oversee Verification.

(b) Supervisor - The Verifier will appoint one or more supervisors to conduct Verification of each Entrant who has registered for Verification. At the time of field registration under Section 4.4, a supervisor will coordinate Verification with the Entrant who has registered for Verification.

(c) Field Measurement -

(i) The following rules apply to measurement of registered fields:

(A) The Verified field must comprise 50 contiguous Acres. The final determination and acceptance of acreage measurement will be at the discretion of the attending supervisor(s).

(B) The supervisor(s) will conduct field measurements using the approved forms of acreage validation and verification as listed below.

(C) The supervisor(s) must be present at the start and during the whole harvest period and must record acreage of the field being harvested at the beginning and end of harvest.

(D) If harvest is delayed, the supervisor must record the ending acreage at the beginning of the harvest delay. When harvest is resumed the acreage must be verified again.

(E) The Entrant will determine the starting line for the field to be Verified.

(F) The measured plot must be a square or rectangle in shape; no other polygons, circular or irregular shapes, or misshapen or distorted areas will be allowed. See Appendix 1.

(G) In the event there are any dry areas, ponds, wet areas or other areas of low or no-yield within the 50-Acre field being harvested, these areas will not be subtracted from the total acreage, nor will the Entrant receive any "credit" or allowance for any such areas.

(ii) If straight-cutting, the acreage of the Verified field will be determined as follows. Choose one of the following methods to determine acreage. These measurements will be carried out by the yield validation supervisor.

(A) If the harvesting equipment is equipped with a yield monitor and GPS technology that provides sub 1" repeatable accuracy (+/- 1 inch accuracy), then this technology is sufficient in determining the official acreage. The validation supervisor will verify the acreage coverage from the GPS system and a shape file showing the area covered must be provided to the validation supervisor as a record for validation

Or

(B) The following two methods must be performed and the larger of the two methods will be used to calculate the official acreage

(1) Using a measuring wheel, the acreage will be measured; and

(2) Using the GPS system and yield monitor from the harvesting equipment or a handheld GPS system (accuracy of +/- 9 inches). The validation supervisor will verify the acreage coverage from the GPS system and a shape file showing the area covered must be provided to the validation supervisor as a record for validation.

(iii) If swathing, the acreage of the Verified field will be determined as follows. The following two methods must be performed and the larger of the two methods will be used to calculate the official acreage. These measurements will be carried out by the yield validation supervisor.

(A) Using a measuring wheel, the acreage will be measured. Acreage will be determined from mid swath to mid swath; and

(B) Using the GPS system and yield monitor from the harvesting equipment or a handheld GPS system (accuracy of +/- 9 inches). The validation supervisor will verify the acreage coverage from the GPS system and a shape file showing the area covered must be provided to the validation supervisor as a record for validation.

(d) Harvest Supervision - A Verification supervisor and assistant must be present in the field and at the scale at all times during the harvest of the Entrant's field and any weighing of the crop.

(e) Weighing - Upon completion of the harvest of the Verified field, the attending supervisor(s) will validate the crop for transportation to a licensed primary or terminal elevator or licensed commercial granary for weighing and determination of dockage. The attending supervisor(s) will authorize and validate each truck for transportation of the crop from the Verified field to the licensed elevator or granary. The validated crop will be weighed at the licensed facility and a scale receipt must be obtained and validated by the attending supervisor. A copy of the validated scale receipt must be must be submitted to the Verifier in the yield validation and verification package provided to the oversight committee.

Dockage in canola refers to the readily removable foreign material that is removed in the cleaning process. Dockage is removed by following set procedures as described by the Official Grain Grading Guide or equivalent in place in the Province of the Verified field. The supervisor will obtain no fewer than 20 samples (typically 5-10 samples per truckload) of the Verified crop, and the samples will be sent by supervisor to official licensed grading agency for determination of dockage. The final net weight of the crop from the Verified field will be less any standard dockage. The final net weight of the crop from the Verified field after determination of dockage will be recorded by the attending supervisor and must be submitted to the Verifier in the yield validation and verification package provided to the oversight committee.

(f) Yield Validation and Verification -

(i) After field measurement, acreage determination and weighing, a yield validation and verification package consisting of the following must be submitted to the oversight committee by the supervisor no later than fifteen (15) business after harvest.

(A) Names and signature of supervisors.

(B) Copy of all weigh tickets, scale receipts and quality parameters with supervisor initials.

(C) Copy of acreage determination documents and (if applicable) field shape files with supervisor initials.

(D) Official Canola 100 yield form.

9.0 DATA PLATFORM & DATA RIGHTS

9.1 Data Platform. Entrants are required to use the Data Platform for this Competition. The functionality within the Data Platform that is made available for this Competition is only available for the canola acres entered in the Competition. Any use of the Data Platform is subject to the Agri-Data® End User License Agreement.

9.2 License and Data Rights. Other than what is set forth in this Section, the Sponsor and Co-Sponsor does not claim any ownership rights to your submission. By submitting your entry and your submission, you as an Entrant grant to Sponsor and its Co-Sponsor and their authorized designees an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide right and license to:

(a) use, review, assess, test, and otherwise analyze your submission and all its content, including, but not limited to all data submitted and your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address, in connection with this Competition;

(b) feature your submission and all its content in connection with the marketing, sale, or promotion of this Competition (including but not limited to internal and external presentations, tradeshows, and press releases) in all media (now known or later developed) and

(c) use, duplicate, review, assess, test, and otherwise analyze your submission and all its content as stated below in Section 9.3.

You acknowledge and agree that you will not receive any compensation or credit for use of some or all of your submission, other than what is described in these Official Rules.

9.3 Aggregated Data & Anonymization. You agree that Sponsor and Co-Sponsor have the right to collect, use and disclose aggregated data from your submission, subject to the following:

(a) All aggregated and anonymized data will be stripped of identifiers (such as specific names, civic address, corporate or business names, serial numbers) that would identify specifics about any Entrant;

(b) Aggregated data will not be traceable back to any specific Entrant;

(c) Aggregated data will exclude any personal information, and Sponsor will abide by all applicable privacy protection laws in the handling of such data; and

(d) Sponsor will have rights hereunder to own and use such aggregated datasets in the discretion of the Sponsor for business analytics, product improvement, benchmarking, and for other business purposes, and to share such data with its Co-Sponsor, service providers and designees to make use of the rights you granted above;

(e) You acknowledge and agree that the Sponsor may have developed or commissioned materials similar or identical to your submission and you waive any claims you may have resulting from any similarities to your submission.

9.4 Winning Entrant. In the case of any Entrant who is selected as a potential winner:

(a) Sponsor and Co-Sponsor may publish your name and personally identifying information in connection with the winning entry;

(b) Sponsor may develop analysis, research materials, case studies or white papers detailing your submission;

(c) You agree to give the Sponsor permission to display some or all of the winning submission and the Sponsor's studies on the Sponsor's websites and incorporate the submission in other documentation for business analytics, product improvement, benchmarking, and for other business purposes, and to share such studies and documentation with its Co-Sponsor, service providers and designees to make use of the rights you granted above. This documentation may take various forms, including printed materials, online articles, video, audio, and other digital recordings (including but not limited to internal and external presentations, tradeshows, and press releases) in all media (now known or later developed).

10.0 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

10.1 By participating in the Competition, you release Sponsor, Co-Sponsor the Verifier, their affiliated and related companies, advertising and promotional agencies, and each of their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, dealers, representatives, successors and assigns from any liability in connection with this Competition, the Entrant's participation therein and/or the awarding and use/misuse of any prize or portion thereof.

10.2 Sponsor and Co-Sponsor is not responsible or liable for: (i) incorrect or inaccurate entry by the Entrant of registration or entry information which may affect an Entrant's ability to participate in the Competition; (ii) human errors, technical malfunctions, data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, line failures of any internet or telephone network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof; (iii) any inability of an Entrant to access the AgriPrize.com website, the Data Platform, or any upload data; or (iv) entries which fail to fully comply with these Official Rules.

10.3 In no event shall the Sponsor, Co-Sponsor, the Verifier or their affiliated and related companies, advertising and promotional agencies, and each of their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, dealers, representatives, successors and assigns be liable for any damage, expense, loss suffered or incurred by an Entrant or any other claim amount which exceeds, in the aggregate, the amount of the Fees paid by that Entrant.

11.0 DISQUALIFICATION

11.1 The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Entrant who engages in fraud or cheating, is found to be falsifying data or results, tampering with the entry process, the Verification process, or with the operation and administration of the Competition; acting in an unsportsmanlike manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Competition; or in violation of the Official Rules. The Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such Entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law, including but not limited to criminal prosecution.

12.0 GENERAL TERMS

12.1 All intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, trade names, logos, designs, promotional materials, web pages, source code, drawings, illustrations, logos, slogans and representations are owned or used under license by the Sponsor and/or its affiliates. All rights are reserved. Unauthorized copying or use of any copyrighted material or intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.

12.2 The Competition is subject to applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the Official Rules or the rights and obligations as between the entrant and the Sponsor in connection with the Competition shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada including procedural provisions without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other jurisdiction's laws.

12.3 Except where prohibited, by participating in this Competition, Entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Competition, or awarding of the prize, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in the Competition but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

12.4 The Entrant agrees that all disputes arising out of or in connection with this Competition, or in respect of any legal relationship associated with or derived from these Official Rules, shall be arbitrated and finally resolved, pursuant to the National Arbitration Rules of the ADR Institute of Canada, Inc. The place of arbitration shall be Calgary, Alberta. The language of the arbitration shall be English. Arbitration fees and reasonable attorneys' fees of both parties to be borne by the party that ultimately loses. The award rendered by the arbitrator shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered upon it in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

12.5 All Entrants agree to abide by all of the decisions of Sponsor. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of these Official Rules or any decision rendered by Sponsor, the decision or interpretation of Sponsor shall prevail.

12.6 Should any part of these Official Rules be determined to be void, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by any court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction, such determination shall not affect the remaining parts of the Official Rules, which shall remain in full force and effect. The Competition is subject to all Federal, Provincial, and local laws, as well as the rules adopted in view of said laws.
