If you do not remember your password and you get an “Invalid username or password” error, like the one below, you should be able to click on the Forgot password? Link to reset it:
- Click on the Forgot password? Link
- It should appear a box with your Email/username and a Retrieve Password button
- Verify your Email/username
- Click the Retrieve Password button
- The page will refresh with a confirmation that your password has been sent to your email
- Check your email for this email:
- Click on the link to reset your password
- Enter your new password, and confirm it on the box below
- Once you have enter your new password
- Click the Reset button
- Your screen will refresh with a confirmation message
