Product Pricing
 





  • This is a great tool to review or enter the prices of all the products at the same time.
  • This is really useful, if you already know the exact price for the product.
  • If you made some purchases for a specific product, you can enter the details in the Crop Input Purchases.
  • If the price is not consistent for a product, it will calculate an average.
  • All the information that is been entered in the Crop Input Purchases will be overwrite what is on the Product Pricing page.

Navigate to this screen

  • From the top menu select Financials
  • From the dropdown menu select Product Pricing

Product Pricing - MENU

  • A new screen will be displayed where you can see a list of all the fertilizer available
  • In the left section you will see a list of all the crop years available
  • You can set the fertilizer prices for all the products you use

  • Just locate the product
  • Enter the price
  • And at the end of the page, click the Update button to save information
  • When you enter a Fertilizer Application on the Field Manager and you add a new application the price will populate automatically.

Encounter problems:

  • If the price that has been populated is different from what you set on your Product Pricing page, it might be you have entered a purchase for that product on the Crop Input Purchases page.

  • In this case, it will take into consideration the actual unit cost or average unit cost off all the entries made
    • In the case of the image: ($455.00 + $460.00) / 2 =  ($915) / 2 = $457.5
