Additional Tips

• From the Soil Test Forms and labels window, you can print your forms and labels needed to submit your soil tests.
  
  
• To print the Soil Tests:
  
  
• From the top menu select Farm
  
  
• From the dropdown menu select Labels and Forms.

 

• Click on the Soil Test Forms & Labels button
  
  
• A new screen will be displayed

• From the dropdown menu select the lab to which you will submit the samples.
  
  
• Select which fields you are taking samples from, the depths that you will sample and the number of locations.
  
  
• Then select your test codes and any Add Ons that you require for each depth being submitted for each soil test.
  
  
• You will need to select who is submitting the soil test from the drop down labeled "Submit As".
  
  
• If you do not have a lab code set up, you will not be able to generate the submittal forms.
  
  
• Once you have filled in the required information, you can select the options for your forms and labels.
  
  
• You can select to generate a sample for each zone by checking off the "Generate for all zones" check box.
  
  
• You can separate your forms onto separate pages by checking off the "Separate By Field" check box.
  
  
• You can select the starting label position by selecting the label position number from the drop down menu beside the Print Labels button.
  
  
• Once you have completed all of this information, you can click on the “Print SubmittalForms” button to generate your forms.
• Or click on the “Print Labels” button to print off your labels. 

• Your submittal forms will be displayed on a separate window
  
  
• You can right-click on this window to preview and print the forms.
  
  
• Select the "Print..." option from the menu

 

• If you have selected to print each form on a separate page, you will see one form per page with a page number listed at the bottom of each page.
  
  
• Your forms will display information such as the number of tests being submitted, the fields the tests are being submitted for and if you have any zones set up and you have selected to generate each zone, you will see each zone listed as well for each field.
