The Contacts section shows all the contacts that have access to your ADS account.
- The contacts listed can view and enter new information in your farm.
- You can add new contacts or remove contacts from the existing list.
Navigate to this screen:
- From the top menu Select Farm
- From the dropdown menu select Farm Information

- Locate the Contacts section
- Click on the "Add Contacts" link to get started, or click on a specific contact to edit their information.

Add a Contact
- A new screen will appear. Where you can enter all the new contact information
- The Farm contact will log in to ADS using the email address you specify and the password you set on this window.
- The important things to note when entering contacts are the two permission settings near the bottom of the window.
- The Access option grants privileges, one is a “Full Access” which can modify information, and the other one set the user to a “view only” state where they can see but not modify the information in your account.
- The View Financials option will grant or deny permission to view financial information about your farm.
- Once you are satisfied with your entry, click the Save Info button to enter the contact into the system.
- If you do not wish to save the information, just click the Back button.

Edit/Delete a Contact
- To edit or delete an existing contact, just click on the contact from the list.
- Make all the desired changes.
- To save all the changes, click on the Save Info button.
- If you wish to delete a contact, click on the Delete button.
